When manufacturing and before shipping,the cargos will be strictly inspected by QC team and well packed. If the items are damaged when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from our party, we will accept return, then arrange replacement or refund.

Usually we do work on digital proofs with 2D & 3D view for approval so that makes everything clear what exactly thebox will look like once it is produced and assembled. And for large orders we send a physical box to make sureeverything should be printed as per requirements.

CMYK color is CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW & BLACK colors, Each color print from a separate plate in layers tocreate colors, CMYK is also known as four colors.PMS stands for Pantone Matching system, PMS also known as special colors, PiMS colors are assigned specifccodes for ink mixing.
A palette of fourteen basic colors are used to mix inks according to the formulas.These special colors can be used when you need any specific shade to be printed on the boxes

About Packaging

Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out for inspection by QC department before shipping.

Based on our years of experience, we suggest that customers make minor adjustments to the design, increase the size of the tooth line to the edge, and design a blister inner support according to the box. We recommend an appropriate thickness and structure to avoid tearing during packaging

About Delivery & Payment

Within 24 hours after confirm the details.

After we receive the relevant expenses,the samples will be ready and sent to you via express in 3-10 workdays.

Normally, it will take 7-10 days, about 10-15 days in peak season, mostly based on the quantities. Cargo will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets, or follow your requirements.Shrink wrapping is available as per request. Then the cargo will be delivered by sea or air.

Usually by T/T in advance. We can also support at least 30% of total amount paid in advance as down payment before mass production,and the rest should be paid before shipment or against copy of B/L.

After confirming your order and receiving your payment, we will offer a commercial invoice immediately.

Standard production times do not usually affect pricing. If you need push production, you need to communicate with your packaging consultant in advance, otherwise may be addition fee will be occure.

Corrugate paper. commonly used for shipping boxes, it’s generally more expensive than basic kraft paper.
